The rice cake made by grandma is the most common sweet when I was young.
It’s traditional cooking, the rice should be soaked overnight, and then ground into rice milk.
Then use part of the rice milk to beat the cooked gorgon.
After the fermentation is complete, steam it in the pot.
I was lazy and changed in a simple way.
Although the taste is not as good as grandma’s, these kids still like it very much.
