【二米炊烟】Sour Bamboo Shoots 從竹筍變成酸筍,正是人間美味的誕生

When the summer was about to end, I went to the forest to dig a basket of bamboo shoots. Some are soaked into sour bamboo shoots, which smell sour and stinky. But for many people, it’s delicious and irreplaceable. Some others are rinsed several times after boiling, then sliced and dried.
