Pat Burke and I are strengthening and testing our front rack walking lunge. I never imagined that I would be able to do this kind of weight for this many steps. But as we went up and started getting heavier, everything seemed pretty manageable, so I went for a weight that’s usually pretty tough for me to clean off the ground! As long as the position of your shoulders is back, elbows are high, and back is straight, you’re doing it right. Keep feet “hip width.“ I ended up getting 185 lbs, and Pat ended with 2
