Buddy Shoulder Stretches for the Snatch & Jerk

Please share & subscribe! Here are two great buddy stretches for those lame shoulders of yours. Remember - the goal here is to stretch, not rip the tendons off the bones. You won’t get more flexible faster by hurting yourself - it’ll actually do the opposite. Throw these in before and after training along with all your other rolling, dynamic ROM work and any other static stretches you do, like these:
