Anterior Crossbite treated with Invisalign First｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC745

[case report] This report describes the treatment of an 8-yr old child with anterior crossbite and anterior recession due to trauma with Invisalign First. 3 keys are critical in this treatment. First, no occlusal attachments should be added to short crowns. Second, pay attention to the thickness of aligners in anterior crossbite correction. Third, children are very adaptive to aligner tx so keep changes in short intervals. 這篇報告描述一個八歲兒童因為外傷造成前牙牙齦萎縮，合併前牙錯咬，並透過Invisalign First矯正的治療。其中有以下三個要點，第一，在短牙冠處不要使用occlusal attachments。第二注意治療錯咬所需要的空間，也考量牙套的厚度。第三，兒童可塑性高，牙套更換的時間間距較短。
