Non-surgical Treatment of Skeletal Class III Malocclusion｜【Chris Chang Ortho】681

In this challenging CIII(DI=41) case extractions and BS screws combined with elastics and anterior bite turbos were applied to distalize mandibular arch in the first treatment phase. Then lingual buttons and criss-cross elastics were used to correct posterior crossbite. 這個複雜的CIII案例(DI=41) 中，第一階段先利用拔牙和buccal shelf screws，合併橡皮筋以及前牙bite turbo的使用，來distalize下顎。接著合併使用舌側buttons和criss-cross elastics來矯正後牙錯咬的問題。
