Bent Press-Two Hands Anyhow 114 kg/251 lbs , 78kg Inch db + 36kg KB
My heaviest bent press to two hands anyhow to date. A 78kg inch dumbell bent press on my right hand, then a curl and press with 36kg kettlebell on my left.
It wasn’t overhead for very long however I’m delighted with this progress as bent pressing the inch was a goal only a few months back !
