300 Military Vehicles and 10 Helicopters Arrive at the Ukraine Border Officers unloaded more than 300 military vehicles including 10 helicopters from the commercial ship Liberty Promise which arrived in port and was ready to deploy across Europe. As the war in Ukraine raged, the US continued to play a central role in maintaining Kiev’s arms supply to support the country’s fight against Russian forces.
