U.S. to send US$ 300 mil. in new military aid to Ukraine

This is the first release of funds for Kyiv from the U.S. in months, with additional aid still blocked by Republicans in Congress. U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said that the funds will be used for artillery rounds and munitions for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems. On the same day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a Russian missile hit two apartment buildings in the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih, killing at least 3 and injuring 38.
