Close Quarters Battle (CQB) or Close Quarters Combat (CQC) are skills utilized to fight within an interior of a structure. As a team there are ways and variation to conduct these skills and apply this knowledge. This one particular video is designed to help explain ’Why’ and ’How’ the #1 or #2 of a fighting element can enter a room smoothly, while in balance and able to take a well-aimed shot if necessary. The importance of being in balance while moving will assist with two major factors of successful CQB scenario upon entry; 1. Read the room and make sound decisions, and 2. Be in an asset to the remainder of the stack, not a clumsy liability.
