7 MIN. DAILY PILATES ABS - do this workout everyday for best results | lose lower & upper belly fat
This 7 minute pilates abs workout is a pilates inspired core workout that will make your abs strong & lean. These 7 minutes will help you lose belly fat, train and tone your lower and upper abs to the maximum. It is a low intensity workout but that doesn’t mean that it is not effective. We work slowly and in a controlled manner but it is going to be so effective. Combine this workout with my other pilates style workouts or different ab workout for better results. Remember, every body is different and visible muscles, like ab muscles especially, are better seen when having a low fat body percentage!
