These can be people who suffer from osteochondrosis, radiculitis, sciatica, scoliosis, disc protrusion and herniated discs, for whom surgical treatment is not expedient. These exercises can also be practiced in the rehabilitation phase after surgery on the spine, but only with prior consultation with a doctor.
