起源は16世紀前半、大内氏が山口に居城した頃に始まるといわれる。大内人形は、大内文化の優雅で華やかな様を今に伝え、大内塗の代表的な作品として知られている。 It is said that the Ouchi-nuri dates back to the first half of the 16th century, when the Ouchi clan first settled in Yamaguchi.
