I have created this high-contrast sensory video for my 1-year-old baby to calm him when he is fussy in the car seat or to stop crying before sleep. Using relaxing sounds of nature, bedtime music and lullabies have helped me a lot of times, so I hope that your baby will enjoy them too. I am working on my little boy’s visual development as often as I can, offering him different types of self-made toys, playing games with colorful fabrics and papers. A video (if used not too much) is also a type of a sensory stimulation that can help babies to learn different movements, colors and shapes.
