This untitled color, amateur made travelogue film from 1962 chronicles a family’s trip to and around Southern California via train from Burlington, Vermont. The film features first hand footage of the family’s time at Disneyland, on Catalina Island, and enjoying the city and beaches of Los Angeles. Note: the music used in the film was selected by the filmmaker. (Unfortunately, we don’t know the name of the family featured in this film!)
