Hip, Lower back (30/100)

Finally a new home where i can move. I had to start over again. I think already 4 times in last 3 year’s but it’s okey. You learn what’s really important :) Now started in a village, working 40 our or more a week, that my body did not want to. So a few day’s ago I stopt working. And every time I come back to this. I dont know how to call or name it. “Movement’ on music? But I love this. I love this so much that I will take the risk to give my all an see what happens. With all I mean: Do what my body’s and the most my lower back is asking for it. Hang, Move, and dance. So I will do it. I dont care if I am not part of the system or whatever. I need to do this. And I will share it every time :) thank you! I do a fixed routine every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays morning (madrid time) 07:00 till 07:40 To start your day right. @zoom :) only 5 euro.
