First biceps respond best to extreme volume, in this workout I ended up doing over 30 sets and before you choke on your captain crunch it’s not as bad as you think. The key is resting for only a few breaths in between each set. Your biceps can recover fairly quickly and even if they don’t it’s okay just use less weight because they can’t tell the difference. One more quick note make sure you order the variations of an exercise from hardest to easiest otherwise you’ll end up getting 3 reps each set. #biceps #biggerarms #bicepsworkout
