Pallof Presses can be a great exercises to improve anti-rotation core muscles.
I like progressing it by training it in specific patterns such as the squat here. As soon as you add movement it makes it more challenging.
I show two different variations, one with the press out at the bottom of the squat hold and another by holding out the press the whole time, which is more challenging.
