Cheap dopamine refers to fleeting pleasures that give us temporary satisfaction. It’s usually from excessive social media, binge-watching, or eating junk . For the longest time, I didn’t know the difference between REAL dopamine and Cheap dopamine. but there is a huge difference in how we experience pleasure.
