Neapolitan Language | Can French, Catalan and Venetian speakers understand it?
The Neapolitan language is one of may languages of Italy. It’s a Romance language and is generally considered one of the Italo-Romance branch of the Italo-Dalmatian languages. There are notable differences among the various dialects, but they are all generally mutually intelligible.
In this video we test mutual intelligibility between Neapolitan from the Campania region and French, Catalan and the Venetian language.
