The training weaves in and out of the Takemusu weapon and empty handed system - working mostly on solo body work grounded in the Principles and includes a Q&A and discussion period. The training is recorded LIVE and available for students to review in their own time. Due to the nature of our current situation, the Dojo operates on a ’by donation’ basis.
