Bowflex® Dumbbell Workout | Get Your Arms Toned Up

Getting your arms toned up doesn’t take hours at the gym. All you need is a set of dumbbells and these four simple exercises, and you can start toning your arms up to look great, while also adding arm strength to help you with your day-to-day activities at the same time. The four exercises shown in this video to get you on the way to toned arms are: 1) Front Raises (To tone the front of your shoulders) 2) Side Raises (To tone the side of your shoulders) 3) Biceps Curls (To tone your front of your arms) 4) Triceps Kickbacks (To tone the back of your arms) Do 1-3 sets of each of these exercises for 10-15 reps, and do this a few times a week. When choosing a weight for the dumbbells, choose a weight that is challenging, but still allows you to keep proper form throughout the entire set.
