Bowflex® Dumbbell Workout | Three-Minute Strong Shoulder Workout

Getting your shoulders strong and sculpted doesn’t have to take a tone of time. In fact, you can get them there by just doing this Three-Minute Strong Shoulder workout a few times a week. So grab a pair of dumbbells and follow along with the exercises in the video to get a great shoulder workout in only three-minutes.
