Elite-Level SPEED - Advanced Sprinting Drill

This is an advanced sprinting drill (called 123) that develops proper sprinting mechanics, ground contact and warms up the nervous system for acceleration work. If you are new to sprinting or still struggling with a-skips and b-skips then you should hold off on the 123 drill until you’ve mastered the basics. Remember that sprinting is a skill, if you want to run faster and increase your speed you have to train your body to hit the correct positions so they become second nature.
