Includes an aerobic portion (first 10 min) as well as a strength portion (second 10 min). You will need a bar with bands or dumbbells will do as well. This is a great workout to get everything done. Do the weights portion every other day to give muscles time to rebuild. Aerobic part can be done everyday.
