This daily Qigong routine will work on your entire body, providing a good stretch for the chest and the rib cage so you can take fuller, deeper breathes. Gentle squats and forward bends help to open the hips, improve circulation to the legs and increase flexibility. Works great as a morning qigong practice or a mid day session.
Note: Be gentle to yourself & your body and avoid straining too hard. You will get more benefits and (stretching) from being relaxed and loose in the body than doing it through force.
