Former Lebanese PM accuses Israel of war crimes

Former Lebanon prime minister Fouad Siniora has accused Israel of war crimes after the recent attacks on UN peacekeepers. Speaking to Sky News, he also blames Hezbollah for starting the war and creating a “failed state” in Lebanon.
