Able to outdrink any other dwarf, and then, while dead-drunk, to outpace any other dwarf in the number of minerals collected and bugs killed during another landing on Hoxxes, he became a living legend. But, like the most heroes of the legends, his fate was tragic. The heroic dwarf sacrificed himself to kill THE glyphid quuen. One day, before a mission, having drunk as much Skullcracker Ale as 10 other dwarves could drink, he and his colleagues went on a seemingly routine mission for a morkite collection. However, the landing pod collided with space debris near the orbit of the death world, and, losing it’s course, fell where it shouldn’t have fallen. Right in the very center of the main hive of the Glyphids - where the queen of that race sat on her “throne“. The enraged Karl rushed toward her and struck with all his strength. With a blow of such force, multiplied by the beer he had drank, reality itself warped and collapsed. But, contrary to what the DRG Corporation had ultimately stated, he did not die. Carl found himself in a completely different place. He wandered around the new, empty universe for a long time - until one day he was attracted to the sound of music. And on the dance floor of the space station, he was the best at it. Here comes a new challenger!
