Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 50 grams of chocolate (milk or dark, as preferred)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
*Prepare the Bread:*
- Remove the crusts from the bread slices if desired.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each slice.
*Add Chocolate:*
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and evenly distribute them on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
- If you like it sweeter, you can sprinkle a little sugar on top of the chocolate.
*Assemble:*
- Place the remaining two bread slices on top of the chocolate-covered slices, buttered side facing out, to make sandwiches.
*Heat the Pan:*
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
*Fry the Sandwiches:*
- Place the sandwiches in the pan.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the chocolate inside is melted.
*Serve:*
- Remove the sandwiches from the pan and let them cool slightly.
- Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
