WARM-UP FOR HANDS 👐 I have a long-standing idea to share with you my warm-up hand exercises that I use to prepare for my Frisbee practice. In this third block, I will introduce you to several exercises that will help develop joint flexibility and hand muscle elasticity. I used several exercises from aikido, as well as training for puppet theater actors. I would be grateful for your feedback. And later I will show the fourth warm-up block with a disc.
