Fast-moving Northern California wildfire forces evacuations

The Thompson Fire broke out Tuesday near the Northern California city of Oroville amid extreme heat and has forced thousands of people to flee their homes. The blaze is burning out of control in the same county as the town of Paradise, the site of the 2018 Camp Fire, the deadliest wildfire recorded in California history.
