After only one 2022 studio session, the pair quickly found Hamilton’s Italo-driven house sound to be a perfect compliment to the Glasgow-raised & London-based La Cheetah resident’s blend of Afro & Amapiano-inspired melody-driven rhythms. KILIMANJARO’s vocals provide the hand-in-the-air hooks that make the EP’s original tracks the insistent dancefloor heaters that are already set favourites for the tightly-nit crew of DJs who have had the track early on. For the remixes, Lewie Day aka Tornado Wallace brings a breaks-based, densely layered sound that brings to mind the irresistible early work of The Chemical Brothers. “Josh and I first met in Dundee years ago - as soon as he moved down to London we got the studio session going and hit it off immediately.
