Benjamin Bernheim – Tchaikovsky: Eugene Onegin, Op. 24, TH 5: “Kuda, kuda, kuda vi udalilis”

With his mature musicianship, powerful stage presence and engaging, approachable persona, French tenor Benjamin Bernheim stands out from the operatic crowd. Bernheim launched his relationship with the Yellow Label with an album of French, Italian and Russian arias, showcasing the breadth and depth of his exceptional talent in a wide-ranging selection of tenor arias. His vocal and expressive versatility can be heard in Lensky’s aria from Tchaikovsky’s “Eugene Onegin”. This performance of the aria was recorded live in November of 2019 at the Opéra National de Bordeaux with the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine under the baton of Oleksandr Yankevych.
