Dhow Sailing Regatta - Lamu August 2013 (Filmed by The Majlis Hotel)

Dhow sailing regatta held in the Lamu archipelago in August 2013. Both Lamu and Mozambique style dhows competed in the regatta. Dhow sailing is a fantastic activity to enjoy in the calm and pristine waters of the Lamu archipelago. The Majlis Hotel owns a Mozambique style dhow called Takwa which can be rented out for sunset dhow cruises or for excursions around the various islands. The dhow can be rented out also with a crew and chef who can cook while your are snorkelling with friends and family.
