POP Pilates: Arm Attack (Part 1)

This is the ultimate arm sculpting video with Pilates instructor, Cassey Ho! You’ll work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and chest! You’ll need a pair of hand weights 5-10 lbs, a toning ball 5-10 lbs, and a yoga block. These items can be substituted w/ household items if you don’t have them.
