This Barre Workout at Home is designed to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, especially your legs and butt. It is a no-equipment 30 minute workout that you can do at home. Based on ballet, pilates and barre class exercises, this workout is all you need for a strong and toned your body confidence. The only things you will need is a barre, or chair/kitchen counter etc to act as a Barre, and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
