Escaped Haiti gang chief leads crowds to ’take back’ territory

An alleged gang leader who recently escaped from Port-Au-Prince main prison called his supporters to retake control of the Carrefour Feuilles commune, lost to an enemy gang after his arrest. Ezequiel Alexandre escaped the National Penitentiary earlier this month.
