Chair Pilates Cardio Workout for Seniors & Beginners // Feel Good Seated Exercises
Thanks for joining me for this seated full body pilates workout. These exercises are perfect for achy joints and for anyone who is not comfortable getting on the floor. All moves are low impact and are great for improving posture, cardio fitness, mobility and flexibility.
