BATTLESHIP BISMARCK - TRUMPETER 1/350 - PART 3

Part 3 presents assembly and painting and weathering the hull and first floor superstructure and gun turrets of battleship Bismarck by Trumpeter in 1/350 scale. On the model was used wooden deck by Flyhawkmodels. Battleship will be situated to 27th May 1941 just before the final battle. According to various sources, an order was issued on May 26 to restore the Lufwaffe’s air markings - restore the swastika covered in gray and paint the gun turrets yellow. According to some witnesses from the Royal Navy as well as survivors from the Bismarck, she did indeed have this coloring for the ship. But unfortunately, these colors are no longer visible on the wreck. The yellow color of the turrets is still a subject of debate.
