Well, the truth is that Russia is becoming more and more dangerous for foreigners - a new law was just proposed to put all the foreigners in Russia under a strict monitoring regime, making them sign a ’loyalty agreement’ that bans you from criticizing Russia as a foreigner living in Russia.
