Classic American Cinnamon Buns (Cinnabons) are very fragrant, delicate and airy! And with cream of cream cottage cheese, they are simply divine! If you like a lot of cream, feel free to increase the number of ingredients) ingredients Milk 200 ml Yeast 10 g Sugar 200g Flour 650 gr Vanillin 5 g Salt 0.5 tsp 2 eggs Butter 200g Cinnamon 10 gr Cottage cheese 400 gr preparation Add 1 tablespoon of yeast and 10 grams of yeast to the warm milk, mix everything, cover with cling film and send it to a warm place for 20 minutes to raise the sourdough. Add 0.5 tsp of salt, 2 eggs, vanilla 5 gr, flour 50 gr, mix everything, add the remaining flour, mix a little and add the preheated butter 150 gr, knead the dough, cover with cling film and remove to a warm place to raise for 1 hour. The dough has risen, divide into 2 equal parts and roll out the rectangles. For the filling, mix sugar with cinnamon. Grease the dough with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll it into a roll, cut into equal parts and put it in a baking sheet on parchment in this way. Repeat the same with the second part of the test. We spread the buns on a baking sheet, cover and put them in a warm place for lifting for 20 minutes. The buns have risen, we send them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. While the buns are being baked, we will prepare the curd cream. We take 400 g of cottage cheese cream, add 20 g of warmed butter, 3 tbsp.l of milk and 3 tbsp.l. powdered sugar or sugar, beat with a mixer until smooth.
