1 Cup Water
Let It Boil

1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 Tspn Oil
½ Cup Suji/Semolina
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Mix Well
Cool Down For 5 Min.
½ Tspn Chat Masala Powder
Grease Some Oil In Hand
Make Shape
Flour Slurry:
¼ Cup Flour
¼ Tspn Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
½ Cup Water
Mix Well
Dip In Flour Slurry
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
