It looks like an aeroplane except it has feathered wings that flap like a birds, it is powered by pedals. The inventor is Emiel Hartman (not seen in item). Library material. Various shots of man trying out another pedal-powered flying contraption. The inventor is named in paperwork as Mr. E. Winter. He does not succeed in getting the machine off the ground.
