Birdman vs. The Revenant | Versus

These two films couldn’t be further apart on the surface, but today we’ll take deeper look and investigate what similarities they may have, and ultimately one will emerge as the champion, adding another coveted win to an already impressive award season haul. In one corner we have Birdman, a story of a former superhero-caliber actor hoping to reinvigorate his career with a Broadway comeback. In the other corner it’s The Revenant, a harrowing flick the centers on one man hellbent on icy cold revenge way back in 1823.
