NYC COVID-19 Display w/ Chicago Tornado Siren

This was some alert in NYC to honor the first responders on the front lines for the COVID-19 pandemic. The Chicago Tornado Siren sound is being played over it in post processing. I combined two things, this didn’t actually happen in NYC.
