Barbara Mettler Interacting Forces and Rudolf Laban 1921 Choreography

This film shows a pure movement demonstration of the Force Element by the Barbara Mettler Dance Company followed by a clip of choreography by Rudolf Laban. Laban’s influence on Mettle can be seen here. Also this demonstrates the pure movement ideas being applied in Laban’s thematic dance.
