WRAPPING UP A PALM TREE FOR THE WINTER

Mid-November in La Belle France--Beautiful day--but dont fooled!!!!Winter is on its year this tree almost died .We only had a few frosts but enough to turn it brown and appear ’s risen from theashes and lives trousers were not available on the day otherwise they would have been used instead of the blue bag,I part exchanged them for a toaster.
