I wanted to share with you the kinds of workouts I do while traveling, especially when there’s not a gym availabe; I packed exercise bands which come in handy!! :) With workouts like this I aim for higher reps than usual and focus on getting the muscle to burn🔥😅 Crab walks 20-30x each side Banded kick backs 20-30x each side Push up to banded kick back 10-15x each side Banded reverse lunge to kick back 15-25x each side Banded Abductors 20-30x each side Banded Clam Shell’s 20-30x each side Banded v-Ups 30-50x Standing banded single leg crunch for obliques 20-30x each side Rest a min then I aim to complete between 3-4 sets Please Let me know what you think in the comments below, I’d love to hear from you!!
