Scruffy (Part 2/6)

In this part, we have the first truly infamous scene, which a number of people have compared to “Bambi“. While Scruffy is lucky enough here to escape the incident without injury, in the book her paw was bleeding by this point. But not before we meet a new character: Terry Tomcat. He isn’t essential to the plot, and he’s only there to provide comic relief in an otherwise dark story. Another new character is an unnamed mouse, who provides the advice the book’s Scruffy never got.
