Our beliefs form our world. If we have the wrong beliefs, that we develop through either nature or nurture, we could end up with a bad life. Reframing these beliefs is one of the key tenants of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and can help us reframe what happens to us so it’s in our benefit.
